What's Up With Batman Games?
Skydance has gobbled up Warner Bros., so we've got more to worry about.

If you somehow missed the news over the last couple of weeks, please tell me how because I would like to do the same. Everyone else has been suffering through a slow and worrying homogenization of media and the current phase of it completed with Paramount and Warner Bros. become part of Skydance.
It's not an understatement to say Skydance owns pretty much everything now. Here's just a few properties that are now under the control of rich nepo baby David Ellison: TNT, CBS, CNN, Showtime, MTV, Paramount+, Nickelodeon, HBO, Comedy Central, Star Trek, Game of Thrones, Transformers, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Mortal Kombat, Looney Toons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
There's so much more but it's honestly too depressing to list out in full.
Warner Bros. games division being absorbed by Skydance got me thinking about the future of Batman. I have been a lifelong fan of the character and DC, and the Arkham games remain three of my all-time favorites. With that in mind, I decided to check-in and see what's been happening with developer Rocksteady.
Although there hasn't been any new game announcement, you might be surprised to learn a lot more than you think has happened and is happening. You can watch my video below.
